Planning & Execution

We work with our clients to learn and advise on what equipment will be needed when. From there we can create a custom, fit-for-purpose plan to ensure the right pieces of equipment are on the site and in working order when they are needed.

Sourcing & Management

At AMECO, we own a lot of equipment that we can deploy to projects across North America. But we also have agreements in place with a global network of suppliers that often enables us to deploy equipment from another provider in order to get it on site more efficiently. Our Project Success team knows where to source specialty or hard-to-find equipment, saving our clients from headaches and the desperation of multiple phone calls.

In addition to sourcing equipment, AMECO can serve as the project’s Fleet Manager and ensure that all pieces, no matter where they came from are utilized to their fullest and well maintained so they are safe and ready when they are needed. Fleet management plans can include AMECO’s on-site fleet maintenance program.

Telematics

Nearly every equipment provider has telematics available. This data is invaluable to improve fleet utilization and stay on top of fueling, upkeep, and maintenance.
