Wallbanger -DB ™

Series 3300

Is used to align waterwall panels that have membrane. This tool quickly and accurately fits two tubes at a time.

Boilermaker ™

Series 3300

Is used to align superheater tubes, reheat tubes, economizer tubes, crossovers, and penthouse header stub work. The tool is composed of the Walhonde Buck and the Walhonde Boomer. The Boomer pulls the tubes together and the Buck is put on to align the tubes. Once aligned, an opening in the Buck allows access to the joint of the two tubes to be welded.
