DRE Series 3 Roller Deep Rolling Boiler Tube Expanders

• Series DRE boiler tube expanders are used for deep and hard rolling of steam and mud drums of high pressure boilers.
• Series DRE boiler tube expanders are furnished with a minimum reach of 3-1/2” (88.9mm) to maximum reach of 10-1/2” (266.7mm).
• Series DRE and 1500 boiler expanders make a great combination for boiler tube erection and boiler tube replacement expanders.

How to Order:

With the tube sheet thickness and the tube size known (OD and Gauge), refer to the adjacent chart to select the proper tube expander and components.

Tube OD and Gauge = 2” X 11 Ga. = Part Number DRE11116 Spare Mandrel for above = 150003CHL1 Spare Roll Set (3 rolls to a set) = DRE-7

Note:

One spare mandrel and roll set is recommended for each expander. Mandrels are included with DRE series tube expanders.
