On-site Support System Options

The following are several options you can discuss with our representative.

Option 1 - Consumable Package Under Customer's Control

F&M Mafco will work with your superintendents to formalize a list of tools and consumables for the project. A "min/max" system will also be established. We will then submit static pricing for the duration of the job. Upon arrival at the site the System will be met by an F&M MAFCO representative to conduct a complete inventory with your receiving personnel. Once the inventory has been verified F&M MAFCO will turn the operation over to the customer. At this point the security becomes the responsibility of the customer.

Withdrawals are reported on a daily basis to F&M MAFCO. The "min/max" system will trigger inventory replenishment shipments. F&M MAFCO will perform an initial inventory 30 days after our package has been in place, at our expense. If inventory is accurate and housekeeping is within reason, we will schedule the next inventory 90 days later at our expense. If the inventory is not accurate and the package is unorganized due to customer neglect, we will schedule another inventory 30 days later at the customers expense, to give you additional training on how the package should be managed on the jobsite.

Replenishment shipments are labeled for OSS consignment inventory by row and shelf number.

Option 2 - Consumable Trailer - Staffed by F&M MAFCO Personnel

The same parameters apply with F&M MAFCO personnel in place to provide product to the customer. The customer will pay for the attendant on an hourly basis along with normal expenses. The integrity of the System shifts to F&M MAFCO in this case.

Option 3 - Rental Tooling - Package Pricing - Customer Control

This option covers the supply of rental assets to the customer in a package feature. F&M MAFCO will work with field superintendents to establish a list tailored to the project. At the completion of the list, we will provide a "package" rate for all items included in the inventory for the duration of the project with unlimited usage. Lost and damaged tools are to the customer account.

Option 4 - Rental Tooling - Standard Pricing - Staffed by F&M MAFCO Personnel

This option will have individual pricing attached to each item on a weekly and monthly basis. F&M MAFCO will provide an attendant to check tooling in and out and repair items that are broken.

The customer will pay for the attendant on an hourly basis along with normal expenses. The integrity of the System shifts to F&M MAFCO in this case.

Option 5 - Consumable Supply and Rental Tooling - Staffed by F&M MAFCO Personnel

This feature combines all facets of the OSS with F&M MAFCO personnel in place to control in flow and out flow of product. F&M MAFCO will assure inventory control of this system. All items for sale and for rent are determined by superintendents with the help of F&M MAFCO.

The customer will pay for the attendant on an hourly basis along with normal expenses. The integrity of the distribution inventory shift to F&M MAFCO in this case.
